1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volumes.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

TaxDirect ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your item arrive safely.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TaxDirect is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic US orders, applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout.

6. Damages

TaxDirect is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at care@taxdirect.us or +14802283987 within 7 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
